A full custom SaaS product for a trading business: a member web app where traders log and review their trades and get AI analysis of their patterns and performance, a marketing site to bring them in, and an admin platform to run the business behind it, built and live in a matter of weeks.

Project overview
A trading business needed a real software product, not a spreadsheet workaround: somewhere their traders could log every trade, review their history, and actually understand how they were performing over time. Off-the-shelf journals were generic, hard to brand, and gave members no real insight beyond a running tally.
We designed and built the full product end to end. A marketing site to convert visitors into members, a member-facing web app where traders log and review trades and receive AI-powered analysis of their patterns and performance, and an admin platform that doubles as a CRM so the team can manage users, content and the business behind the scenes. All of it delivered fast on our AI-native approach.
Challenges to resolve
Members could record trades but got almost nothing back. Without analysis of their own patterns and results, the journal was just data entry, and engagement dropped as fast as it started.
Win-rate, risk exposure and recurring mistakes were buried in raw entries. Traders had no clear read on what was actually working and what was quietly costing them.
The team had no single place to manage members, publish content or see what was happening across the platform. Admin work lived in scattered tools and manual checks.
A templated journal could not carry the brand, the member experience or the AI features the business wanted, and left no room to grow the product over time.
Tech stack used
Four connected surfaces, designed and built to work as one product.
The front door that converts visitors into members and brings traders into the product.
Where traders log each trade and review their full history in one organised place instead of a spreadsheet.
Reads each trader's logged history to surface recurring patterns, win-rate trends and risk signals as plain feedback.
The single place the team manages users, controls content and runs the business behind the product.
The solution
A clean member web app where traders log each trade with the details that matter, entries, exits, size, outcome and notes, then review their full history in one organised place instead of a spreadsheet.
The engine reads a trader's logged history and surfaces the things they cannot see on their own: recurring patterns, win-rate trends, risk and exposure signals and where results are being won or lost, turned into plain, useful feedback.
Every trader gets a personal dashboard that pulls their performance and AI insights into one view, so logging a trade actually earns them something back and keeps them coming back to the platform.
A dedicated admin platform and CRM lets the team manage users, control content and oversee the business behind the product from a single place, with the member app, site and analysis all feeding into it.
Marketing site, member app, AI engine and admin CRM were built as one connected product, so a visitor can become a member, log trades, get analysis and be managed by the team without anything falling between separate tools.
Why it matters
Traders get AI analysis of their own patterns, win-rate and risk, so logging a trade turns into feedback they can act on rather than a number in a table.
Custom-built and on-brand across every surface, the platform can grow with the business instead of being capped by a templated tool.
The admin platform and CRM give the team a single view of members, content and the business, replacing scattered tools and manual tracking.
The AI-native approach took the full SaaS, user and admin, from concept to a live product in a matter of weeks rather than the many months a build like this usually takes.
"We wanted a real product, not another spreadsheet, and we got the whole thing: the member app, the AI analysis and the admin platform to run it all. What surprised us most was how fast it went from an idea to something our traders were actually using, and they have now logged over 1 million trades on it."
